Whatever we see as problems exists because of our judgments of right and wrong. As long as we have any beliefs about what is good posture, then we have beliefs in everything throughout our lives. A quick and easy way to learn about who we are, is to observe what we are doing with our bodies. Watch the judgment that tends to be there always in analytical thinking. As long as there is judgment, there is fear of being wrong. As long as we remain unconscious of our constant judgments, there will be no change, no movement. It is through awareness of the fact that we are most of the time judging, and therefore holding tension, that a shift occurs which brings us to presence.
